Account Deletion
Use self-service deletion inside the app when possible, or submit a manual request here if you no longer have access to your account.
Fastest option: delete inside the app
Signed-in users can remove their account directly from Settings.
Open Settings, go to the Danger Zone, and confirm the deletion flow. If your account uses email/password sign-in, you may be asked to re-enter your current password.
Manual deletion request
Submit this form if you cannot access the app or need the privacy team to handle the request.
What happens next
We verify that the request came from the account owner before processing deletion.
Account deletion deactivates the account, scrubs profile details we directly control, removes device tokens, and preserves only records we must retain for payments, bookings, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
If you have active bookings, outstanding quotes, or ongoing payments, we may ask you to resolve them first before deletion can complete.
